About these numbers: Values are printed Classic attack before buffs, auras and damage. Board buffs like Stormwind Champion add on top in play, so rows pin the print only.

About this converter

Classic minions print fixed attack from 1 to 12. Wisp and Goldshire Footman open tied at 1, Murloc Raider and River Crocolisk tied at 2, Bloodfen Raptor and Senjin Shieldmasta tied at 3, Chillwind Yeti and Ogre Magi tied at 4, Boulderfist Ogre at 6, Stormwind Champion at 7, Mountain Giant, Ironbark Protector, Sea Giant and Ragnaros tied at 8, Core Hound at 9 and Deathwing at 12. That makes one Deathwing equal twelve Wisps of attack. Every value here is the Classic print with buffs left out.

How to use it

Pick two minions and a unit in the top row. The three boxes below stay linked. Change any box and the other two update. One box holds a count of the first, one holds the matching count of the second, one holds the total in attack. Try 1 Deathwing against Wisps.

Battlecries, auras and buff spells ride on top of these prints in play, so this table pins printed values to keep rows comparable. Mana costs for the same Classic set run on the companion mana page. Later expansions power crept past these baselines and stay out.

FAQ

What hits hardest here?

Deathwing at 12 attack. Core Hound follows at 9.
