About this converter
Base game health runs 25 to 600 across the bestiary. Rottweilers and rotfish sit at 25 each, grunts at 30, zombies at 60 with gib rules, knights at 75, Scrags and Enforcers tied at 80 each, ogres at 200, death knights at 250, fiends at 300, vores at 400 and Shamblers at 600 with half explosive damage. Common guesses corrected: Rottweiler 25 not 30, Scrag 80 not 60, Vore 400 not 750. Chthon and Shub-Niggurath stay out since damage gating and telefrags replace health pools.
How to use it
Pick two monsters and a unit in the top row. The three boxes below stay linked. Change any box and the other two update. Try 1 Shambler against grunts to see the twenty to one gap. Gib thresholds ride in notes.
Zombies regenerate unless gibbed at threshold zero, needing 60 in one hit through explosives or quad. Spawn scourge at 50 HP is expansion only and stays out of base rows. Values come from QC derived wiki infoboxes cross-checked with the Fandom wiki and the id manual. Quad damage quadruples every row for thirty seconds of carnage.
FAQ
How much HP does a Shambler have?
600, with half damage from explosives. Toughest regular enemy.
How do you kill a Zombie?

Why are bosses missing?
Chthon and Shub-Niggurath use damage gates and telefrags, not health pools.
