About these numbers: Power values are printed card stats from the official Bandai card list. DON boosts, counters and effects change battles, so this page compares printed numbers only.

About this converter

The One Piece Card Game prints power on every leader and character, so the table can rank them directly. Leaders cluster at 5000, with Whitebeard at 6000 as the exception rowed here. Characters spread wide: Usopp and Hongo at 3000, Monster and the OP12 Luffy at 4000, Bonk Punch at 5000, Gab at 7000, the starter Kaido at 10000 and the booster Kaido trio at 12000. Every figure here comes from the official Bandai card list, so codes match the physical prints.

How to use it

Pick two cards and a unit in the top row. The three boxes below stay linked. Change any box and the other two update. Try 1 Kaido against Usopps. The unit box totals the value in power or thousands of power.

DON cards, counters and effects change battle math turn by turn, so the table rows printed power only. Parallel art prints share the same power as the standard print and get no separate row. Promo and reprint codes share values with their base cards. Cards from sets after OP17 stay out of this snapshot, and the page says so. Life values ride with leaders and stay in the entry notes.

FAQ

What power is Leader Luffy?

5000 power with 5 life on the ST01 and ST21 prints. Whitebeard at 6000 is the higher leader rowed.

What power is Kaido?

12000 on the OP01-094 and OP04-044 character prints. The ST04 starter Kaido prints 10000.

Why do game results differ from these numbers?

DON cards, counters and effects shift battle power every turn, so only the printed base power is rowed.
