About this converter

Forest Shuffle builds woods card by card. Trees cost cards from hand. Birch costs 1. Beech costs 2. Oak and horse chestnut cost 3. Linden costs 4 and tops tree costs here. Animals and plants live on trees and cost 1 to 3. Salamanders cost 1. Deer, boars and birds cost 2. Wolves cost 3. Caves store 2 cards to cut future costs. Winter scoring pays bonuses up to 5 per set. That bonus tops this table, but it is a reward, not a price. Card draw runs the engine. More trees mean more dweller slots. More dwellers mean more points. Costs stay in cards, so every play discards to pay.

How to use it

Pick two entries and a unit in the top row. The three boxes below stay linked. Change any box and the other two update. Try 1 Linden tree against Birch tree to see the 4 to 1 gap. All rows use Cards, so the unit stays fixed. Click any table row to load it as Entry A with amount 1.

Tree and dweller costs come from Lookout base forest cards. Cave storage and winter bonuses are included for scale, since new players mix costs and rewards. Alpine expansion adds new trees and stays out of this base table.
