About this converter

Oil caps in Azur Lane apply from 9-1 on in clearing mode. Each battle charges fleet oil up to a fixed cap. Mob caps run 35 to 46 here. Boss caps run 47 to 60 here. For 11-1 the caps are 35 mob and 47 boss. For 11-2 they are 36 and 48. For 11-3 they are 37 and 49. For 11-4 they are 38 and 50. For 12-4 they are 42 and 55. For 13-1 they are 43 and 57. For 13-4 they are 46 and 60. Full runs add entry oil plus mobs times mob cap plus boss cap. The verified 12-4 full run is 10 plus 42 times 6 plus 55 for 317 oil. Early maps have no cap and charge by fleet only.

How to use it

Pick two entries and a unit in the top row. The three boxes below stay linked. Change any box and the other two update. One box holds a count of the first cap, one holds a count of the second, one holds oil. Try 1 13-4 boss cap against 1 11-1 mob cap to see 60 against 35. Click a table row to load that cap as Entry A with amount 1.

Per-battle caps only. Entry fees, sub fleet caps and battle counts ride in notes but do not change cap values. Entry is 10 oil on these maps. Sub caps are 16 on 11-1 to 11-4, 17 on 12-4 and 18 on 13-1 to 13-4. Full 11-1 is 10 plus 35 times 6 plus 47 for 267 oil. Full 13-4 is 10 plus 46 times 7 plus 60 for 392 oil. Early maps 1-1 to 8-4 have no cap, so fixed per-map sortie costs are left out because real cost depends on ship level and rarity. Hard mode caps are left out. No figure here is guessed.

FAQ

What is an oil cap?

A per-battle limit in clearing mode from 9-1 on. Fleets pay fleet oil or the cap, whichever is lower.

What is 12-4 full run oil?

317 oil. Entry 10 plus 6 mobs at 42 plus boss at 55.

Why no 1-1 to 8-4 costs?

Those maps have no cap. Cost depends on ship level and rarity, so no fixed per-map value exists.

What about subs?

Sub caps are 16 on Chapter 11, 17 on 12-4 and 18 on Chapter 13. They sit outside mob and boss rows.
