First tier counts understate late game since top tiers climb to 11 units for Blossom and Elderwood and 10 for Riftbeast. Yes, every set rotates traits. Older Blossom or Inferno numbers will differ.
Are monster units included?
No. Gromp, Krug and Scuttlecrab are set mechanics with no thresholds, so they stay out.
