About this converter

Tiberian Dawn prices units and buildings in credits at fixed Westwood values. Minigunners cost 100, Grenadiers 160, Bazookas 300, Humvees 400, Engineers and APCs near 500 to 700, Medium Tanks and MLRS 800, Orcas and Harvesters 1200 to 1400, Mammoth Tanks 1700 and refineries and war factories 2000. That makes one Mammoth equal seventeen Minigunners. Buildings anchor the high end with power plants at 800 and barracks at 300. Every value here is the official Westwood credit price.

How to use it

Pick two costs and a unit in the top row. The three boxes below stay linked. Change any box and the other two update. One box holds a count of the first cost, one holds the matching count of the second, one holds the total in credits. Try 1 Mammoth Tank against Minigunners to see the 17 to 1 gap.

Prices are base multiplayer costs before crates or discounts. Harvesters pay for themselves by hauling Tiberium, which is why their 1400 price reads as investment rather than expense. Nod and GDI equivalents differ slightly in some ports, in which case the DOS base price is used and noted. Superweapons and single player gifts stay out of these rows.
