About this converter

Starfield weapon traits add fixed percent damage in four slots, and rarity counts the traits. Slot 1 holds Anti-Personnel at 10 percent to humans, Lawful at 20 percent to Spacers and Ecliptic, Disassembler at 20 percent to robots, Exterminator at 30 percent to aliens, Space-Adept at 30 percent in space, Hitman at 15 percent while aiming, Crippling at 30 percent after a limb hit, Furious up to 30 percent after 7 hits, Cornered up to 50 percent at low health, Berserker up to 50 percent with no armor and Instigating at double damage on full health targets. Slot 2 adds Rapid at 25 percent attack speed and Shattering at 15 percent plus armor ignore. Slot 4 adds Methodical at 50 percent after an elite kill. One Instigating hit equals ten Anti-Personnel hits or five Lawful hits.

How to use it

Pick two weapon bonuses and a unit in the top row. The three boxes below stay linked. Change any box and the other two update. One box holds a count of the first bonus, one holds the matching count of the second, one holds the total in percent. Try Instigating double damage against Anti-Personnel 10 percent, then click any table row to load it as Entry A with amount 1.

Values come from the Starfield Wiki Weapons Traits tables for Slot 1, Slot 2 and Slot 4, checked against IGN Weapon Modifiers. Scaling rows use max cells: Furious 5 percent per hit to 30, Cornered 5 percent per 10 health lost to 50, Berserker 50 at 0 to 49 resist down to 5 above 250. Workbench barrel, muzzle, grip and magazine mods stay out because they list words like improved or reduced with no fixed percent. Slot 3 chance effects like Concussive and Tesla stay out because they proc at 8 to 20 percent chance instead of direct damage.

FAQ

Which bonus is biggest?

Instigating at double damage, read as plus 100 percent on full health targets. Shotguns apply it to one pellet only.

Which bonus is smallest?

Anti-Personnel at 10 percent to humans. Three of them equal one 30 percent Exterminator or Space-Adept bonus.

Do any bonuses scale?

Yes. Furious adds 5 percent per consecutive hit to a max of 30 after 7 hits. Cornered and Berserker scale to 50 at the extreme band.

Why are bench mods missing?

No. Barrel, muzzle and magazine bench mods use words with no fixed percent, so only trait percents qualify here.
