About this converter

Solo Leveling ranks gates E to S through the Hunter Association. E is weak enough for beginners. D is the starter cave from chapter 1. C needs a trained party. B needs veterans. A needs raid leaders. S triggers a national emergency. The Double Dungeon starts the story because a D ranked entrance hides an S class threat. That mismatch is why fans mix up the scale.

How to use it

Pick two entries and a unit in the top row. The three boxes below stay linked. Change any box and the other two update. Try Jeju Island S against a C Rank insect gate. The result line shows the ratio. Click a table row to load that entry as Entry A with amount 1. Numbers here are rank points 1 to 7, with 7 marking special beyond S.

Letters are canon. Numbers 1 to 7 are a converter mapping so ratios work. E equals 1 through S equals 6, special equals 7. Red Gates are not a separate letter. The lowest Red Gate is B Rank. The Hunters Guild Gate is the clear A Rank example. No official power gap multiplier exists between letters, so the page does not claim B is twice C. Omitted: exact mana readings, which the manhwa never publishes as fixed integers.

FAQ

What is the weakest gate in Solo Leveling?

E-Rank. It holds low mana beasts and takes E-Hunters. D is the first dungeon shown in chapter 1.

What rank is the Double Dungeon?

The entrance reads as D-Rank. Inside is Cartenon Temple, a special S plus threat. Netmarble ARISE retells it as hidden inside a lowly D-Rank gate.

What is a Red Gate?

A gate that seals on entry and sends Hunters to a separate field. The lowest Red Gates are B-Rank. The Red Gate Arc runs chapters 46 to 55.

What are the Jeju and Tokyo gates?

Both are S-Rank. Jeju spawned ants four years before the story and caused a Dungeon Break. Tokyo killed seven S Hunters.
