About this converter

The Merchant sells three relics per shop in Slay the Spire. Two come from the normal pool and the right slot always holds a Shop relic. Prices use fixed base values per rarity with a small random roll. Common relics start at 150 gold with rolls from 143 to 158. Shop relics match that range. Uncommon relics start at 250 with rolls from 238 to 263. Rare relics start at 300 with rolls from 285 to 315. Rolls vary about 5 percent up or down. Ascension 16 raises all shop prices by 10 percent. That makes one rare base equal two common bases.

How to use it

Pick two entries and a unit in the top row. The three boxes below stay linked. Change any box and the other two update. One box holds a count of the first price, one holds the matching count of the second, one holds total gold. Try Rare base against Common base, then Uncommon Ascension 16 against Rare base.

Ascension 16 adds 10 percent to shop prices while the Courier restock ignores that rise. Courier never restocks Shop relics: it replaces a bought Shop relic with a normal rarity relic. Patch history changed bases, with Common moving from 200 to 150 and Shop moving back to 150 in current data. Values here use the current wiki Merchant table. Card removal and potion prices are separate systems. Gold has no official dollar rate, so this page compares gold to gold.
