About this converter
Sekiro scatters 40 Prayer Beads for 10 necklaces at 4 beads each. Mini-bosses drop 1 each, including Kawarada, Chained Ogre, Tenzen, Blazing Bull, Enshin, Juzou, Matsumoto, Yamauchi the spear, Saze, Armored Warrior, Senun, Shirafuji, Giraffe, Shirahagi, Tokujiro and ORin. The Headless Ape duo in the Depths is the exception with 2 beads at once. Two Hirata second memory beads need the Purification Ending path. Memory bosses like Gyoubu, Lady Butterfly, Genichiro and first Guardian Ape drop Memories for Attack Power, not beads, so they stay out with nearby chest pickups noted where relevant.
How to use it
Pick two entries and a unit in the top row. The three boxes below stay linked. Change any box and the other two update. Try Headless Ape duo against a general to see the 2 to 1 exception. The result line prints the equality plus the per unit ratio. Click a table row to load that entry as Entry A with amount 1.
World pickup beads in chests and ponds are real but this table tracks boss drops plus the necklace rule for clean math. Matsumoto missed pre-overrun moves to the Offering Box at 2200 Sen, noted in context. Offering Box prices are not converted here. Omitted: Memory attack values, which use a separate remnant table.

40 for 10 necklaces at 4 each. Two need the Purification Ending Hirata revisit.
Which fight drops 2?
Headless Ape duo in Ashina Depths. Every other boss row here drops 1.
Do Gyoubu and Genichiro drop beads?
No. They drop Memories for Attack Power. Nearby chest beads are pickups, not boss drops.
What if Matsumoto is missed?
Buy the bead at the Offering Box for 2200 Sen before the Ashina overrun.
