About this converter

Monster Hunter Wilds shows two attack numbers. True raw is the base used for math. Bloated display multiplies it per weapon type, 4.8 for Great Sword. This page uses true raw so a Great Sword and a Sword and Shield can be compared head to head. Hope weapons are the Expedition starter line from the Smithy. Bone weapons are the Bone tree with Focus. Values are base forge level 1 with no upgrades or food buffs.

How to use it

Pick two entries and a unit in the top row. The three boxes below stay linked. Change any box and the other two update. Try Esperanza Blade against Hope Blade I to see the full upgrade climb. The result line prints the equality plus the per unit ratio. Click a table row to load that entry as Entry A with amount 1.

All values are version 1.0 Smithy base. Upgrades, Augments, Affinity, Sharpness and elemental add later and are not mixed in. Bloated numbers are noted per entry for readers who check Game8, which prints bloated first. Omitted: High Rank alpha bonus rolls and event weapons, which change by patch and lack fixed base tables.
