About these numbers: Costs are the fixed base game coin costs from the rulebook and card list. Harbor and Millionaire Row expansions add cards with their own costs and stay out of this base table.

About this converter

Machi Koro prices its whole city in coins and every cost sits on the card. Wheat Fields, Ranches and Bakeries cost 1 coin, Cafes and Fruit Markets 2, Forests, Orchards, Family Restaurants and Furniture Factories 3, the Train Station landmark 4, Cheese Factories 5, Mines and Stadiums 6, TV Stations 7, Business Centers 8, the Shopping Mall 10, the Amusement Park 16 and the Radio Tower 22. That means one Radio Tower equals twenty two Wheat Fields or five and a half Train Stations. Every figure here is the base game cost. Expansions add Harbor and Millionaire Row cards at their own prices.

How to use it

Pick two cards and the unit in the top row. The three boxes below stay linked: one holds a count of the first, one the matching count of the second, one the total in coins. Change any box and the other two update. Try 1 Radio Tower against Wheat Fields.

Purple major establishments allow one copy each while blue, green and red stack freely, which shapes real strategy beyond raw cost. Landmarks flip face up when built and the fourth wins the game. Harbor expansion Airport at 30 coins stays out of this base table.
