About this converter
Supplies are the coin of Ghost of Tsushima upgrades. Jin pays them at swordsmiths, bowyers and armorers, and each tier has a fixed tag. Katana tiers run 150, then 300, then 450, then 600, then 750, then 1,000. Tanto tiers run 150, then 300 and stop. Half Bow tiers run 150, then 300, then 450. Armor runs 250, then 500, then 750 for almost every set, from Sakai Clan Armor to Gosaku Armor. Each step also needs metal, wood or cloth, but the Supplies part is the shared coin and the fair anchor. Every figure here is the Supplies line from the in-game menu as copied by Fextralife crafting tables and the IGN armor guide.
How to use it
Pick two entries and a unit in the top row. The three boxes below stay linked. Change any box and the other two update. Try 1 Katana 7 max against Katana 2 to see how many starter steps one max step costs. The unit box flips between single supplies and thousands of supplies.
Material counts differ a little between guides at Katana 5, so the table compares Supplies only and keeps materials in context. Iron, steel, gold, bamboo, yew, linen, leather and silk are hunted or looted, not bought, which is why they stay out of the math. Longbow and blowgun lines are left out to keep one clean bow ladder. No New Game Plus or Iki Island tiers are mixed in.
