About these numbers: Scores are 1981 Namco Midway arcade values via the Atari 7800 manual port and StrategyWiki table. Stage clear flags mark progress to Stage 255 only and carry no points, so no flag row exists. Extra fighters at 30,000 then 70,000 are lives, not foe scores.

About this converter

Galaga pays rank versus dive. Zako rank at 50, Goei rank at 80, Zako dive at 100, Boss rank at 150, Goei dive and solo transform at 160, Boss lone dive at 400, one escort at 800, rescue and early group at 1000, mid group at 1500, full escort at 1600, late group at 3000, perfect at 10000. That makes perfect equal two hundred Zako ranks. Diving doubles rank in every family: 50 to 100, 80 to 160. Every figure here is the arcade scoring table value, with Japanese names Zako bee, Goei butterfly and Boss flagship noted.

How to use it

Pick two actions and a unit in the top row. The three boxes below stay linked: one holds a count of the first action, one the matching count of the second, one the total in points. Change any box and the other two update. Try 1 perfect bonus against Zako ranks.

Dual fighter itself adds firepower, not points, so only its 1000 rescue shot is rowed. Transform all bonus at 1000 to 3000 by type is noted as outside this solo focused cut. Stage flags to 255 mark progress only and stay out rather than guessed at.
