About this converter
Football Manager rates youth facilities from 1 to 20, and that score shapes how well juniors grow before first team football. This table ranks 14 Sports Interactive database clubs on FM24 youth facilities, from Ajax at 16 up to Man City at 20. Top tier at 20: Man City, Benfica, Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea, Club Brugge. Next tier at 19: Barcelona, Sporting CP, Red Bull Salzburg, FC Liefering. Next tier at 18: Real Madrid, AZ Alkmaar. Base tier here at 16: Ajax, Dinamo Zagreb, River Plate. Text labels map to numbers on the FMInside scale: 20 is State of the Art, 18 to 19 is Superb, 16 to 17 is Excellent. Ratings are database starts and shift in saves with board upgrades.
How to use it
Pick two clubs and a unit in the top row, for example Man City and Ajax with rating. The three boxes below stay linked, so editing any number updates the other two. One box holds ratings of the first club, one holds ratings of the second, one holds the total in the chosen unit. Try 1 Man City against Ajax to compare a 20 rated academy with a 16 rated one. Click any row to load it as Entry A with amount 1.
Youth facilities differ from training facilities, youth recruitment, and junior coaching, which sit in separate columns on the same screens. A club can hold 20 youth facilities with lower recruitment, or elite recruitment with weaker buildings, so this table ranks buildings only. SortItOutSI cross checks the order with text grades like Superb and Excellent for the same clubs. Reserve sides such as Barca Atletic and Liefering carry their own rows in source lists but the main clubs above anchor the scale. Stadium size, fees, wages, trophies, and sponsorship sit outside this table.
