About this converter

Elevator Action is a 1983 arcade game by Taito. You play Agent 17 Otto. You start on the roof of a 30 story building and work down by lifts and stairs. Red doors hold secret files worth 500 points each. Enemy agents come from closed doors. You can shoot them for 100 points, kick them for 150 points, drop a light on them for 300 points, or crush them with a lift for 300 points. After you take all files you leave by the basement car. The clear bonus is 1000 points times the building number up to 10000.

How to use it

Pick two entries and a unit in the top row. The three boxes below stay linked. Change any box and the other two update. Start with Secret Documents and Pistol Shot to see how many shots match one file. Then try Building Clear bonuses to plan score targets for a full run.

Values here match the arcade scoring list. The bonus rule is 1000 points per round up to 10000 points. That means Building 1 gives 1000, Building 2 gives 2000, and so on to the cap. Light and lift kills both give 300. Kick gives 150. Gun gives 100. Ports can differ in speed and control, so use these base arcade numbers for comparison only. Check the linked manual and game pages for the original tables.
