About this converter

Ferelden runs on bronze, silver and gold, with 100 bronze to a silver and 100 silver to a gold sovereign. Origins merchants print fixed tags, and each merchant adds a markup over true value. Elfroot costs 60 bronze at Varathorn in the Dalish Camp but 65 at Barlin in Lothering. A flask costs 100 bronze at Figor in Orzammar but 110 at the Denerim bartender. The same Concentrator Agent costs 33 silver at the Gnawed Noble Tavern and 45 silver at Bodahn in camp. Small reagents run 120 to 280 bronze, mid reagents run 1,320 to 4,500, a Dwarven Longsword is 12,000, and Andruils Blessing belt is 1,060,200. Every figure here is the buy price from the in-game merchant screen as copied by Dragon Age Wiki supply tables.

How to use it

Pick two entries and a unit in the top row. The three boxes below stay linked. Change any box and the other two update. Try 1 Andruils Blessing against Elfroot to see how many herbs one belt costs. The unit box flips between bronze, silver and gold sovereigns.

Sell price equals item value plus merchant markup, so the same item costs different amounts per merchant, which the table keeps in each row. Gems like diamond and looted armor carry values but no fixed shop offer, so they stay out. The Awakening expansion uses its own price ladder and is left out to keep one clean Origins set.
