About this converter

Base cooldown means Tier 3 of the linked stat. Bungie set it that way in the 30th Anniversary system. Below Tier 3 the wait gets longer than base. Above Tier 3 it gets shorter. Grenades in this set run from 64 seconds for Firebolt to 182 seconds for Flux. Dodges sit at 29 and 38 seconds. Supers use passive tiers instead of stats. Well of Radiance leads at 417 seconds. Hammer of Sol trails at 556 seconds. Values reflect Lightfall era tuning from 2023.

How to use it

Pick two entries and a unit in the top row. The three boxes below stay linked. Change any box and the other two update. One box holds a count of the first ability, one holds the matching count of the second, one holds total seconds. Try Flux at 182 against Firebolt at 64. Only seconds are used here.

Tuning moves often, so each row pins its source. Dodge bases were 29 and 38 after Hotfix 6.3.0.5 was reverted in Lightfall. Phoenix Dive was cut 82 to 55. Flux was raised 82 to 182. Frontal Assault was raised 82 to 106. Super tiers shifted too. Hammer of Sol, Daybreak and Spectral Blades dropped from 10:25 to 9:16. Stasis and Strand picks and aspects that reset cooldowns stay out. Exotic effects stay out.
