Misa and Near share the low end at 152, Rester tops the humans at 193, and Ryuk at 230 cm reminds everyone he is not human. All figures come from How to Read 13, the canon encyclopedia Ohba and Obata wrote with the series, which lists every height beside birthdays and blood types.
