Elite 2 costs in Arknights scale by rarity, not by operator. Four star operators pay 60000 LMD, five star operators pay 120000 LMD and six star operators pay 180000 LMD. That puts Myrtle, Cuora, Vigna and Courier at 60000 each. Amiya and Texas sit at 120000 each. Exusiai, Eyjafjalla, SilverAsh, Saria, Kaltsit and Siege sit at 180000 each. LMD is only part of the bill. Four star promotions need 5 chip packs plus tier 3 materials. Five star promotions need 3 dualchips plus tier 3 and tier 4 materials. Six star promotions need 4 dualchips plus tier 4 and tier 5 materials. All LMD figures come from Hypergryph promotion data via the Terra Wiki.

Exact Oriron cluster and sugar counts differ per operator and class, so those material counts are left out and only chip tiers are named. Three star operators stop at Elite 1 level 55 and have no Elite 2 cost, so Fang and Kroos are left out. Elite 1 LMD costs are left out for scope. No figure here is guessed.
